Terms and Conditions for Boat Rental with Wavevia in Marmari, Evia.

Thank you for choosing Wavevia for your boat rental in Marmari, Evia. By booking a boat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. While we are committed to providing excellent service, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

  1. No license is required for the use of a polyester boat with an engine power of up to 30 hp.
  2. Boat rental is allowed for individuals over 21 years old.
  3. According to port regulations, the use of the motor boat after sunset is strictly prohibited.
  4. To guarantee yourselves a boat rental, please proceed with a reservation on the day of your choice through our website.
  5. Boat reservations are made with payment via the internet or in person at the company's headquarters in cash or via POS.
  6. Rental hours are from 09:30 am to 06:30 pm.
  7. In case of bad weather and prohibition of departure by the competent authorities, the reservation money is either refunded or the reservation is transferred to the next available date upon agreement.
  8. Before each rental, our team will provide a detailed briefing regarding safety, navigation rules, and best practices for operating the boat.
  9. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for detailed instructions.
  10. Boats are insured against third parties and marine pollution.
  11. The maximum distance from the coast must not exceed 3 NM.
  12. The maximum allowed number of persons is 6 (six).
  13. Before boarding the boat, a check of the boat must be conducted to ensure there are no previous external damages to the boat.
  14. In case of any damage to the boat or engine at the end of your rental, you will be charged for similar damage, the market value at that time. The same applies case of loss of equipment or part thereof.
  15. The renter is responsible for the boat and therefore for the individuals on board. The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the rental period.
  16. On the day of rental, please have your driver's license as well as a valid ID or passport with you.
  17. Fuel is not included in the rental price. The boat will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Renters are responsible for fuel consumption during the rental period.
  18. In case of loss of personal items during the rental period, Wavevia assumes no responsibility.
  19. Please provide your personal details responsibly on the booking forms.
  20. By signing the rental agreement, the customer accepts the terms and receives knowledge of the boat manual, rental terms, and any information/guidelines provided.
  21. The customer is obliged to consult the area map and usage instructions throughout the rental period, and to pay particular attention to the proper use of safety equipment.
  22. The agreed amount must be paid before the boat is delivered to the renter.
  23. The Consumer is not obliged to pay, if the notice of payment is not received (receipt-invoice).

Renters must comply with all local regulations and laws.
