Cancellation and Refund Policy

A) The customer has the right to cancel their ELECTRONIC RESERVATION and request a refund of 100% of the total amount paid with notification via email, provided that the required notice period is not less than 7 days.

B) If the cancellation period is less than 7 days, only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The customer is responsible for the bank charges for the transaction for depositing into their bank account.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount without the right to request a refund.

In the event of an electronic reservation and ONLY due to HEAVY ADVERSE WEATHER conditions, the rental is canceled for safety reasons, and the customer is provided with 2 (two) options:

  1. Transfer of the reservation to the first available date in agreement with the customer.
  2. Refund of 100% of the total amount paid. The customer is responsible for the bank charges for the transaction for depositing into their bank account.

Fuel Policy

The customer is responsible for the expenses of the total fuel consumption, which is calculated after the return of the boat to the port.

Policy on Drugs and Alcohol

The transportation, possession, or use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited on the boat throughout the rental period.

Pregnancy

We advise every pregnant woman to avoid boarding the boat regardless of weather conditions. The company is in no way responsible for her decision.

Pets

Our company accepts all kinds of pets on board at no charge.
